Our vision

At Inner Anchor Psychology, our vision is to be a trusted safe harbour where individuals can navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and inner peace.
We are committed to creating a therapeutic space that is secure, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care, helping adolescents, adults and older adults strengthen their resilience and reconnect with their true selves.
Our work is guided by the belief that everyone can find their inner anchor—an unwavering sense of stability and self-worth—no matter the storms they face. We do this by redefining the boundaries of care through innovative approaches and treatments. Treatments based on attachment theory, neuroscience and psychodynamic approaches. We endeavour to enhance internal safety, security and strength within individuals in order to live a fulfilling life.
